Once your order is confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes or make any refunds. For instock items, if order is not paid within the given timeframe of 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, items will be put up for sale thereafter.
Payment
All payment stated are in Singapore Dollars only. Payment options of Internet Banking (“IB”) or ATM Transfers are available. Upon payment made, do reply the e-mail of “Sales Invoice” with date of transaction, IB nick or photo of transaction slip. All payments are to be transferred to POSB Savings (405-13272-9) or OCBC Savings (556-5-038626). Please note that verification will only be done upon payment received. Your product will be secured once you receive a “Verified” e-mail and parcel will be mailed as soon as possible.
Delivery
Strictly no meet-ups. Normal postage charge will be priced at S$1.50 for the first piece of apparel and additional $0.50 for each subsequent pieces unless otherwise stated. Registered postage is strongly advised at an additional charge of S$2.50 per parcel. Please note that ColetteCloset will not be responsible and/or held liable for any lost parcel should you not opt for registered mail. Terms and Conditions
Reservations and trades are strictly not allowed at ColetteCloset. Receiving an invoice will allow reservation of the item for 24hrs, and payment must be made within this time-frame to secure your purchase. All the prices stated are final and non-negotiable.
Exchange & refund policies
All items sold are non-refundable but are exchangeable if the item is defected. Replacement of the same product will be made if it’s defected. Should the defected product be sold out at the point of return or is out of stock for a preorder, a full refund will be made. Top up is required if the exchange is done with a higer-priced item. In the event that the exchanged item is of a lower price, no refund will be made.
